KidCare: The Clubhouse Policies
The Clubhouse | Ages 9 Months to 4 Years
Welcome to HCI KidCare. Our KidCare program is a child supervision service led by a compassionate team who have all completed background checks and KidCare training. The Clubhouse offers complimentary supervision for members’ children ages 9 months through 4 years old. Space is limited to 20 children at a time and is available on a first come, first served basis, with a maximum child to staff ratio of 8 to 1.
Our goal is to provide a healthy, safe, and secure environment for your child while you enjoy your workout or class. While we always try to avoid interrupting your time at the club, parents and guardians must be prepared to respond immediately if contacted. By checking your child into KidCare, you acknowledge and agree to follow the policies below.
To use The Clubhouse, a parent or legal guardian must have an active HCI Sports & Fitness membership. The Clubhouse is only available for members’ children ages 9 months through 4 years old. A parent or guardian must check children in and out using the KidCheck system at both drop off and pick up.
For safety, each child must wear their printed name tag at drop off, and a guardian receipt is required at pick up. The name tag and receipt numbers must match for a child to be released. Only a parent, guardian, or KidCare employee may open the gates or doors for drop off and pick up.
KidCare use is limited to a maximum of 90 minutes per day. Parents and guardians must remain on site at HCI Sports & Fitness and be available for immediate contact at all times. Children under the age of 10 are not permitted in the Fitness Center beyond the Member Services Desk.
KidCare staff are unable to assist with restroom breaks, diaper changes, feeding, or administering medication. For health and safety reasons, food and drinks are not permitted in The Clubhouse, with the exception of water.
Fighting, bullying, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. If repeated behavior issues occur, guardians will be asked to sign documentation for each incident. After three documented incidents, management will contact the guardian to discuss next steps.
Children showing signs of illness such as coughing, sneezing, or a runny nose may not be checked in. If a child is non consolable for 15 minutes, a parent or guardian may be contacted to attend to or pick up their child.
Please do not request check in before or check out after Clubhouse hours.
Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM
Friday through Sunday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Failure to follow these policies may result in suspension or loss of KidCare access.
