HCI Field Trips offer a high-energy way to get students moving through customizable sports and recreation experiences for groups of all sizes.
Packages range from 2 to 3.5 hours and feature rotating activities such as basketball, soccer, volleyball, pickleball, archery, dodgeball, with optional Ninja and rock climbing add-ons.
Designed for grades K–12, trips are structured around group size, selected activities, and time frame, with lunch options available. Pricing starts at $15 per student.

Who can attend Kidcare?

Only active HCI members may use Kidcare. Guest or day-pass visitors are not permitted. Kidcare is complimentary for children ages 9 months to 4 years. Kidcare for ages 5 to 10 is available as a membership add-on.
How long can my child attend Kidcare?

Members may use Kidcare for up to 90 minutes per day.
What should I bring for my child?

Please bring nut-free snacks, a water bottle, a change of clothes in case of an accident, and a comfort item from home if needed. Avoid bringing multiple toys and label all items with your child’s name.
What if my child is having a hard time?

Our Kidcare team is trained to support children who need time to adjust. If challenges arise, we will communicate with you and create a plan together. If your child becomes inconsolable, we will contact you right away.
Who can check my child in and out of Kidcare?

We use the Kidcheck system to ensure only parents or legal guardians can check children in and out. Friends or non-authorized individuals are not permitted. To add another trusted adult, a written request must be submitted to the Kidcare manager.
