KidCare: The Cube Policies

The Cube | Ages 5 to 9 Years

Welcome to HCI KidCare. The Cube is a supervised KidCare space designed for members ages 5 through 9 years old. Our KidCare team has completed background checks and training to ensure a safe and positive environment. The Cube can accommodate up to 30 children at a time on a first come, first served basis, with a maximum child to staff ratio of 12 to 1.

These policies are in place to support a safe, healthy experience for everyone. Parents and guardians should be prepared to respond immediately if contacted while using KidCare services. By checking your child into KidCare, you agree to the policies below.

Access to The Cube requires an active HCI Sports & Fitness membership and is not complimentary. The Cube is only available for children ages 5 through 9. A parent or legal guardian member must check children in and out using the KidCheck system. Staff may ask for a parent or guardian’s name to confirm active membership before check in.

For safety, children must wear their printed name tag at drop off, and a guardian receipt is required at pick up. Name tag and receipt numbers must match for release. KidCare use is limited to a maximum of 90 minutes per day, and parents or guardians must remain on site and available for immediate contact.

Food and drinks are not permitted in The Cube area, with the exception of water. Fighting, bullying, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Repeated behavior issues will require guardians to sign documentation for each occurrence. After three documented incidents, management will contact the guardian to discuss further action.

Children showing symptoms of illness such as coughing, sneezing, or a runny nose may not be checked in.

Please do not request check in before or check out after Cube hours.

Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM

Friday through Sunday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Failure to follow these policies may result in suspension or loss of KidCare access.
