Eligibility & Access
Can I use a guest pass for KidCare?
No. Guest passes may not be used for KidCare services.
Do I need to be a member to use KidCare?
Yes. KidCare is available only to active members.
Children ages 5 to 10 must be added to the membership in order to participate.
Time Limits & Supervision
Why is there a 90 minute limit for KidCare?
The 90 minute time limit is a licensing requirement and helps ensure appropriate care, supervision, and staff to child ratios.
Can I stay with my child during KidCare?
No. For safety and licensing reasons, only KidCare staff are permitted inside the childcare area.
Care Policies
Can staff change diapers or give bottles?
No. KidCare staff are not permitted to change diapers or feed bottles.
What happens if my child becomes upset?
If a child is inconsolable for 15 minutes, a parent or guardian will be contacted to pick them up.
Behavior Guidelines
What is the policy on aggressive behavior?
KidCare follows a three strike policy for aggressive behavior. Continued incidents may result in temporary or permanent loss of KidCare privileges.
