Membership, Guests, and Policies
Membership Changes
How do I get started with a membership? Can I just walk in?
Yes. You can walk in anytime and our team will help you get started in person. Most memberships are set up on site so we can walk you through options, answer questions, and make sure you choose the right fit. I
f you prefer, you can also call or email us to get started, and we will guide you through next steps and set up a time to finish in person.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes. Memberships may be frozen once within a 12 month period for a maximum of three months.
How do I cancel my membership?
Cancellations require an in person signature. Due to our one month notice policy, the payment following the cancellation request is still required after the form is signed.
Classes & Scheduling
How do I cancel a class?
Classes can be canceled directly through the HCI app. There are no late fees as long as the class is canceled before the scheduled start time.
Childcare Policies
Can I use a guest pass or day pass for childcare?
No. Due to limited capacity, childcare services are not available to guests using day passes or guest passes.
Do I need to be a member to use childcare?
Yes. All children in our care must be accompanied by an active member to ensure a waiver is on file and the guardian is present in the facility.
For children ages 5 to 10, they must be added to the membership in order to continue using childcare services.
Guest & Day Passes
How do Day Passes work?
Each membership includes one complimentary Day Pass and two complimentary Zone Passes per month.
Day Passes provide access to the entire facility, including weight floors, studio classes, and sports areas.
Zone Passes provide access to downstairs sports areas only.
How do I bring a guest?
All guests must be checked in upon arrival.
Guests using the weight floor or attending studio classes must be checked in at the Member Services desk upstairs.
Guests using only the sports areas must be checked in at the Guest Services desk downstairs.
Guests age 18 or older may sign their own waiver. Guests ages 10 to 17 must have a legal guardian present to sign their waiver.
Rock Climbing Wall
When is the rock climbing wall open?
The rock climbing wall is open on weekends from 10am to 3pm.
During school breaks such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, and summer, the wall is open daily from 10am to 3pm.
Zone Passes are required for both members and guests to access the rock climbing wall.
Age & Waiver Policies
Do members and guests need a waiver?
Yes. All members and guests are required to have a signed waiver on file.
What are the age based access rules?
Ages 10 and under
Not permitted upstairs or in weight floor areas, except when being dropped off at the Clubhouse. In sports areas, they must be accompanied by a legal guardian.Ages 10 to 15
Allowed in sports areas as long as a legal guardian is in the building. Use of upstairs and weight floor areas is permitted only when accompanied by a legal guardian.Ages 15 and older
May use the facility independently without supervision from a legal guardian.
