Equipment & Gear

Are boxing gloves provided?
Yes. Loaner boxing gloves are available for members trying a boxing class for the first time. If you plan to attend boxing classes regularly, gloves are also available for purchase in the studio.

Are spin shoes available?
Yes. Spin shoes are available to rent for $2 per class at the studio desk. A credit card is required either at the desk or on file.
Members may also bring their own shoes. The bikes use SPD clips and are not compatible with Peloton clips.

Do I need to bring my own mat for yoga or mat based classes?
No. All equipment needed for studio classes, including mats and props, is provided in each studio.

Booking & Scheduling

How far in advance can I book a class?
Studio classes can be booked up to eight days in advance through the HCI app.

What is the waitlist process for a class?
Members may be added to a class from the waitlist up to one hour prior to the class start time. Members are responsible for monitoring their booking status through the app.
If you are added to a class from the waitlist and do not attend, the no show policy applies.

Cancellations & No Show Policy

What is the cancellation policy?
Classes may be canceled through the HCI app up to one minute before the class start time to avoid a no show fee.

What is the no show policy?
If you are registered for a class and do not attend, a $25 no show fee will be charged.
To avoid this fee, be sure to remove yourself from any class you are unable to attend before it begins.
